The location is fantastic. Taxis and Ubers access the area with ease. I received a complimentary welcome drink in my room and enjoyed a nice greeting upon arrival.

The hotel is close to everything and it is still quiet. There are many spots for sitting that are very pleasant. It's amazing how the rooms are clean and designed beautifully.

lacking service
They had no record of my reservation when i arrived. the downstairs bar was also underwhelming. I had to ask for service even when it was empty. it reminded me of the staff were more interested in chatting amongst themselves than attending to guests. Nobody came to take our order at the table.

breakfast had several options. a bottle of champagne was in the room when i arrived. the room had a small balcony facing the street. the bed was very comfortable after long day.
the air conditioner wasn't working properly but the staff was able to find a fan.

amazing stay!

the location is really top because i walked to many sights. it's super near a subway station. a taxi rank stands opposite the entrance! the staff are super friendly and very professional. they helped answer questions and resolved some issues. the entire hotel is like, you know, an art gallery! the artwork is amazing throughout.
i have to admit it was a bit expensive given what i expected for the price.

the rooms offers tasteful decorations, i loved it. beds and pillows are very comfortable. the room was clean plus comfy and i liked that very much. i think it is a great place.

i think that the location is amazing. there is access to everything in the city, it's pretty central. it is right off plaza catalunya and i found it very convient. you can reach everything by walking.

the breakfast had a lot of options, i was very happy. there was everything you could possibly want for a first meal. i did like the roof bar and would definately come back here again. i had good fun.
